Professional, friendly and easy!

Excellent, friendly service even from a remote move-in from a different branch. Would highly recommend it to anyone in need of emergency storage.

All staff were very friendly, knowledgable and clear communicators which inspires confidence and trust in the company. I spoke to a lovely helpful lady on the phone in the Chester store (can’t remember her name sorry) and to Jeff Banks in the reception. Both answered all my queries clearly and guided me through the process. The whole place was immaculate and I even used a recommended removal company who were excellent too. I will definitely use Big Yellow again

Great customer service and cleanliness of unit

I was very stressed about putting my furniture and house contents into store but Lauren made the whole process so easy, carefully explaining each step for which I was very grateful.

Clear website and concise customer service at reception

Staff are very helpful , easy to access, lots of trolleys to move your goods available, very clean and secure. The only thing i would change is to have my locker nearest to the loading/unloading bay but the lifts are excellent

Very friendly and helpful service- on move day they were very supportive- I dealt with both Geoffs and couldn’t fault them.
