Excellent staff report with myself & partner

Ease of getting set up, excellent customer service and Lauren was very knowledgeable, strong security.

The service was extremely good, especially as I was already stressed about moving and they were extremely helpful. We got offered a hot drink on arrival and they couldn’t do more for us. Lauren checked us in and Geoff offered us hot drinks.

Have stored stuff in the U S which was good - Big Yellow even better .
