My transition with my move to Chester was not without complications and being reassured all the way by big yellow was very reassuring. My dates kept changing and therefore my moving in date with big yellow changed frequently too. This never posed as a problem and therefore gave me one less thing to worry about. On my arrival (after over 6 hours of travelling!) there was a friendly face (Jeff Banks) and a hot coffee which was very welcomed. Thank you very much for making a difficult time for me much easier.
The booking process, website and facilities were great - the guy who checked us in was helpful and really good. However, I was a bit put off after getting my initial online quote - we were just exploring process but very soon after my phone went and it was a guy from Big Yellow leaving a voicemail. I then got more calls over the following week and emails. It was overkill, like PPI calls. I just wanted time to explore options, read the (excellent website) decide on dates, room size, van hire etc. You called and then bombarded me way too soon, way too often. I nearly went elsewhere.

Excellent service from the start. Jeff was very through and Martin made a cracking cup of tea. Jeff even gave us a tour of where the old press racks used to be, a nice historical insight. Props to the team.
