Friendly and really helpful staff. Lauren made the moving experience far less stressful! Also gave us a good deal :-) 75ft storage unit purchased.

Jeff, Geoff and Lauren made the process of booking the storage unit really easy, they were really helpful on check in day and switched the room when we realised I had more stuff than I thought I had to put into the unit and made me and my parents cups of tea and coffee after our drive from Leeds. I was really impressed at how friendly and helpful they all were.

I am relocating 180 miles to Chester and awaiting a new house purchase to go through. The staff at Chester branch have been fantastic! Firstly, my elderly Mum went into the Reception for information and was very well received and left with the member of staff's name and more than one quote. I then telephoned a couple of weeks later to follow up and make a booking and ask questions, I spoke with more than one member of staff and they were equally helpful. The staff of Geoff, Jeff and Lauren are very helpful, friendly and genuinely interested. When they knew how far I was driving and the hard work of moving myself they were a joy. Im very satisfied with my recent experience with big yellow storage, all my needs have been met, all questions were answered competently thanks to Lauren. Lauren was very helpful throughout my experience so far I couldn't complain so thank you again Lauren.

it's a slightly more expensive service than others, which may put them off, but you certainly get what you pay for! We've never used storage before so were apprehensive, but it was very easy and smooth, and the staff made it very easy indeed. During the process, we met 4 different staff members (Lee, Lauren, Jeff and Geoff.... apologies if i get any names wrong!) and despite our many MANY questions and concerns, they were all very patient and attentive, which made the whole thing easy, so thank you to them.

Excellent service! Everything was explained in detail and all questions I had were happily answered and very helpful. Although I understand fees are set for a reason I would have preferred a lower price (as always with everything, of course)

Excellent service on reception by Lauren and Jeff when I first visited store in Sealand road Chester. Everything explained in detail, allowed to view unit in advance. Half price offer for first 8 weeks was a great tempter. I purchased a good quality lock to go on unit door. I was also asked if I needed any packaging etc, there was all sizes of boxes on display along with bubble wrap, tapes etc. I was even given the name and contact made on my behalf with a removals company who proved excellent and worth recommending.
