Very efficient and helpful

Firstly location was key, then the size of the storage unit, the security of my goods, ease of access, friendliness of team & additional help, support and recommendations.

The company seems to be extremely efficient and well organised providing clean, dry and secure storage facilities. Also the staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the product they are selling putting the customer at ease. The team I dealt with were Jeff Banks and Lee Brawn.

Jeff, Geoff and Lauren made the process of booking the storage unit really easy, they were really helpful on check in day and switched the room when we realised I had more stuff than I thought I had to put into the unit and made me and my parents cups of tea and coffee after our drive from Leeds. I was really impressed at how friendly and helpful they all were.
