we wern't told about the additional deposit just thought it was 1month in advance so we have been left short by £50 this week plus another £13 for a padlock which we wern't told about which isn't ideal during the school holidays. Also wern't told about insurance either

The team in the Chester Branch were very helpful with every aspect, from the initial enquiry right through to the day of moving my items into the storage unit. Lauren and Jeff were friendly with all enquiries about the size of unit I would need based on previous customers needs. They showed me around the facility, detailing where I could find the trolleys and how to operate the lifts safely.
