All good. The only thing that could be improved in the check-in process is to let people know how long things will take at the store. I checked-in online beforehand but once at reception it still took half an hour to get everything sorted. If this would have been explained somewhere on the website or welcome emails first, that would have been more useful.
I received a valid quote right after my enquiry. Details of the quote were explained well (except I did not fully realise that I must pay for insurance, but of course I agreed to that). Options were discussed with me. The process was smooth.
Amy made me feel at ease, very accommodating. Amy explained thing very well, she put me at ease when she could see I was anxious about all the information. An asset to Brentford/ Chiswick team.

Everything was easy and well managed. No complaints although I had not realised that the check in process at the store would take quite a long time to complete - I had imagined that because I had already checked in online I would be able to start storing my stuff immediately. It might be helpful to alert customers to the fact that they will need to allow at least 30mins to make payment, sign forms etc. This is especially important if you are hiring a van/vehicle as i did.
Rocky was excellent and make everything very straightforward and easy.
Quite well. My initial enquiry was with the Wandsworth branch, and while I was thinking to use the Chiswick one instead they assured me it was not a problem and they can just do the transfer for me, which was very helpful. Although, because I did my online check-in for the Wandsworth branch, lots of info didn't get transferred and I had to spend quite a while to do the paperwork in the store at Chiswick.
