Everything was clear and professionally handled

Everything about the process was so simple and clearly explained. The team on the ground was extremely helpful and my moving in process couldn't have been any easier.

Apart from the fact I found it difficult to work out which branch I could use to make it convenient for me .. the girls were all very helpful . The only thing that could really be improved is the fact that I am in Clapham and I had to use Chiswick .:: which means no Wandsworth or Fulham cost of costs . Then there was issue of room promised . But I won’t go there as this was resolved ..: took a while ! And after along day and lot of hours ahead .. and cos of that I have to set aside another day as we could not finish the move .:: it worked out ok. Still very confused why I could not have had Wandsworth ??? :(( but overall I am very happy with the service

They were very helpful from start to finish, guiding me through each step and making moving house much less stressful. Would definitely recommend this place.
