Everyone was very polite and helpful and friendly. It added some order to the chaotic time of moving home.

I have met most experienced two staff on my first visit to the branch. They both have good customer service ( Gary and Sammy) at Colchester mile end road location. They made life so easy fro me with detailed explanation. Also found the whole service very easy and I have best experience on my first day. I strongly have confidence in the service and I felt my belongings are so secured.

George & Sammy are so friendly & helpful. This is our 3rd time renting storage at Big Yellow Storage since 2017 when we returned to the UK from overseas & now again because we're moving.

I was well informed of the cost and time frames and when to check in online prior to coming down.
