Have to say that initial enquiry dealt with smoothly and professionally

initial query was ok, but done by central staff who did not know the actual storage space in Colchester. Booking in at the store though was really good, Sammy was extremely helpful and made the process very smooth

I am disabled and I had also moved I needed stuff taken from my property and delivered to my new address. At the last moment the delivery point became unavailable so i was able to book a storage place with you and fill it with your online booking facility .Your staff were most helpful and really put themselves out for me.
