Very good quick and easy to do very please

Initial enquiry was easy. Got sent quote via email, went to book and got taken to page offering to quote a price. Was one to book the offer I had been sent so had to do that over the phone. Checkin online was confusing, why not make it linear rather than save. Thought I had finished online check in only to find another email asking me to finish

Fairly straight forward. The online quote however should’ve had a full breakdown of the price i.e. incl. insurance & deposit cost.

Good clear information on the services provided. I would look to recommend other Van Hire companies as CS Hire had a poor quality van that broken down.

Quite straight forward but I would like to have the full price stated at first contact with the extra’s put on.

Sammy was very helpful with the enquiry and easy online check in.

Nicely done, friendly. Was going to get some quotes from other companies but didn't bother as initial reaction was very positive.
