The whole process of booking a space was dealt with professionally. The staff were welcoming, pleasant, efficient and knowledgable.

Both George and David at the Colchester branch were amazing. Friendly, helpful excellent customer services. I compared other storage units in Colchester and the BY was by far the best, cleanest and felt more secure. But it was George who I originally met and was treated so professionally with a great friendly personality, I was convinced. Then I met David when doing my paperwork and he too was excellent. Great team. You should be proud to have them.
