The booking process was very simple and staff were very willing to help with any queries. When booking in at your Colchester store, an assistant called Joel even helped us reduce the cost by calculating that it would be cheaper with your current dust sheet offer. He was extremely kind and pleasant to deal with, thank you!

The staff at Colchester are a true credit to you, they go out there way to help, they are always smiling, nothing is ever a problem, it's a absolute pleasure everytime I visit. Something I thought would be difficult is actually really easy and that's with thanks to your wonderful staff whom make it seem that way.

Customer service at Colchester (George) was excellent, with a speedy check in. Good facilities throughout the building, especially the provision of the assorted trollies and pallet trucks to move items in with.
I found all the staff that I had contact with were so friendly and helpful it made my decision to store my belongings with The Big Yellow Storage much easier. I will definitely recommend.
