Fantastic customer service from the staff at the site. Excellent service, polite, efficient and above all, friendly.

Everything well organised and the staff were exceptionally helpful and informative. Before and after we made the booking especially as we changed arrangements at the last minute.

It was quick and very professionally dealt with,and the unit was spotlessly clean.Where the lock ups were was very clean and tidy.

Seting the account up online was easy, the staff at book in where polite and helpful and the site is well looked after and secure.

Sammy on reception was very helpful and answered all of our enquiries in a pleasant and professional way.

The person who served us was excellent, really helped us and changed the room when it was clear it wasn't suitable for our needs, however as she was on her own it took a while to sort out as she had to help various people at once.

Brilliant same nothing is too much trouble feel safe and secure and very flexible fitted my needs exactly
