the two staff on duty at the store when we called to view before deciding to use the big yellow box were extremely polite and helpful.i would have no hesitation in recommending the big yellow box to anyone as they explained everything to us in detail. full marks to you both especially roger who did all the paper work.

The friendly staff at Colchester have helped in every step of the way. From making sure I understood all the forms at needed to be fill in, to securing my room before leaving the premises. When I have as questions or wanted help in sorting something, nothing has been a problem.
The guys at BYS in Colchester were extremely helpful on every occasion we were there, from the set up to closing the account. They were very polite, kept checking we had everything we needed information wise and were a pleasure to deal with.
