Excellent, clean and tidy facilities, very helpful and professional staff.

Being a Big Yellow virgin I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The staff at Colchester are very friendly and extremely helpful.

I always saw the Big Yellow storage, and I used it when my partner and I moved. The staff were always on hand and helpful. I found it very easy to use and would recommend it to any one who are looking for some where to store their stuff.

When you move out you don't do it at once. There are things you still use. The fact that you can bring in stuff into your deposit gradually has proved to be a very good perk for me. Not only was I able to bring stuff whenever I pleased but also I could bring packages any size I wanted, while in campus you try to put everything in a huge box you can't carry (and which will probably break) so that you don't have to pay money for more boxes. There would be a few more things to say but overall I was very satisfied with it and I would recommend it to other students. I'll leave my things there next year too.

I found that Big Yellow had everything we needed to make moving home go smoothly. We have been able to be flexible with the amount of space that we need, the times that we need it and they provided us with the materials to do it. Thank you Big Yellow!

Used big yellow as we were moving house, and needed to store loft and some of kids stuff while we get sorted out etc. Staff couldnt have been more helpfull, easy access to storage, and good price for size of unit we wanted. We still have stuff in storage and get bits when we want them.

I was very impressed with the facilities at Big Yellow Storage in Colchester. The different types of trolley are nice and easy to manoeuvre (seriously, you do not want to be negotiating with stubborn trolleys when driving furniture!) , and the space is convenient, clean and safe. The staff were friendly and really intelligently helpful when it came to thinking around our customer problems and difficulties. They also highlighted to us various money-back bonuses and gave us great advice. Very happy. Thankyou.

I was contacted by a member of staff of Big Yellow Self Storage after I made an online enquiry. The staff member was very helpful, advising me of the size of storage I required. It sounded too big but the member of staff was exactly right!! The storage and security facilities are really good and being a lady I feel totally safe attending my unit on my own!! Would definately recommend and use again if required.
