I was contacted by a member of staff of Big Yellow Self Storage after I made an online enquiry. The staff member was very helpful, advising me of the size of storage I required. It sounded too big but the member of staff was exactly right!! The storage and security facilities are really good and being a lady I feel totally safe attending my unit on my own!! Would definately recommend and use again if required.

I recently used your storage in Colchester.Having this easily accessible space took a lot of the pressure out of moving house. Staff were friendly and helpful, storage clean. Overall a great solution. Took advantage of offer as well, so it didn't break the bank.

We have been happy to date with our storage facility and find the staff helpful, particularly in selecting the right size for our goods. My only dislike is the piped music which goes on endlessly, could one not have something more soothing, and personally I am not interested in a programme that keeps asking other people what they think about all sorts of things in life.
