The whole building is clean and the staff greeted me with a smile. They were helpful and friendly. Security is good but simple to use. Everything I needed was available to buy, but nothing was pushed at me. I am very satisfied with the whole set up.

I booked the original storage facility over the web and when we arrived with the contents of our house it was obvious that we needed more space. This was attended to very quickly and efficiently. The whole paperwork process was very easy and quick and the staff were extremelyu friendly and efdicient.

When moving to and from flats when at uni this service was ideal and the 24hr access was great. Plus all the things you want to keep home but don't need with you while you are away is ideal to store here and cheap too! Great easy service to use I would use again Esp if I was moving house!
I have used the storage facilities at the Colchester branch for the past 12 months and they have been perfect for my needs. The storage conditions are clean and dry and even papers and other documents have emerged in a good state. Access is good and the staff helpful. A little expensive perhaps but compared to the conditions I have seen some storage services offer these are 5 star.
From the moment of booking through to the moment of refund for unused days the whole process was a doddle. Provided what I needed at a reasonable price... Reccommended.
Storing with Big Yellow is as simple as it gets. I need safe, secure storage and Big Yellow gives me the peace of mind that my goods are in very safe hands. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. registering was simple, straightforward and there were no hidden extras. It is excellent value for money and a lot nicer than the dingy, old, leaky shed I used to use. My only bug-bear was with the storage boxes I purchased. Only the large ones have handles and they are too big for anything too heavy. None of the boxes had inter-locking bottoms and having to tape everything up to ensure the contents wouldn't fall out was a bit of a pain.
