The guys at BYS in Colchester were extremely helpful on every occasion we were there, from the set up to closing the account. They were very polite, kept checking we had everything we needed information wise and were a pleasure to deal with.

this is the second time ive used yellow storage, both times for house moves, it has made the moves so easy moving most of my things boxed and out of the way into storage, leaving the bulky stuff for the day of the move, then collecting boxes as and when needed. good selection of sized rooms to choose from and opening times to suit,and defiently easy to use.
I felt that they had time for me, making me feel valued, despite other customers waiting, they didnot rush me.

Whilst researching various methods of storing my furniture between house moves I first disregarded the Big Yellow company as I thought that being the market leader they would be the dearest. I was wrong and after other companies had tried to fleece me and charge exessive fees and insurance costs, I contacted Big Yellow and was blown away. The costs were in fact cheaper than all the others and they were more flexible in their service. The location and access, together with the actual building itself could not have been bettered. Security and insurance was just as it should be and I felt confident that my belongings were being looked after. Would I go back if the need arose again? Indeed I would! Would I recommend them to others? I have already done that to lots of my friends and colleagues. Thanks Big Yellow - oh I nearly forgot - their staff were friendly and expert in their approach.
