Having never used a storage facility before I never realised just how easy and professional the whole expereince would be. On enquiring at the Big Yellow self storage depot,I was plesently suprized to be given the information I wanted without being pushed or sales talked into signing a contract TODAY ! ! we were aloud to come away to mull it over in our own time, which was good, so much so that we came back and signed a contract the very next day, very freindly staff, taking us through the whole set-up personley. i was most imprest with this facility have always expected it to be a very expensive thing to do but it turns out it take a lot of stresses out of moving
the store is fine it is just get into it as you have to go round the house to get to it as there is only one way in and out

Being a Big Yellow virgin I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. The staff at Colchester are very friendly and extremely helpful.
When you move out you don't do it at once. There are things you still use. The fact that you can bring in stuff into your deposit gradually has proved to be a very good perk for me. Not only was I able to bring stuff whenever I pleased but also I could bring packages any size I wanted, while in campus you try to put everything in a huge box you can't carry (and which will probably break) so that you don't have to pay money for more boxes. There would be a few more things to say but overall I was very satisfied with it and I would recommend it to other students. I'll leave my things there next year too.
I always saw the Big Yellow storage, and I used it when my partner and I moved. The staff were always on hand and helpful. I found it very easy to use and would recommend it to any one who are looking for some where to store their stuff.
I found that Big Yellow had everything we needed to make moving home go smoothly. We have been able to be flexible with the amount of space that we need, the times that we need it and they provided us with the materials to do it. Thank you Big Yellow!
