We had a brilliant experience when we had our check-in at Big Yellow in Colchester. Lisa, who helped us with the whole process, was lovely, friendly, helpful and was very knowledgeable. She made the whole process a breeze and we walked away thoroughly impressed with the service we had received! We left feeling like everything was sorted and had no worries at all. MASSIVE thank you to Sammy, Lisa, and Max for their care and attention to anything we have ever needed! For anyone thinking of securing a unit with the Colchester branch, the process of checking in to the unit itself has always been smooth, and the choice and variety of transportation for large items has been fantastic. Have never had ANY issues and, as I mentioned before, the staff there have always been lovely and friendly! Thank you!
