Was friendly and welcoming from the start, everything was explained clearly and was emailed all that was said to ensure I could go over anything that I might not have heard. The building is hygienic and efficient and security was top effort. I highly recommend big yellow. They helped keep my peace of mind while I was waiting to move home especially on a budget.
Used the storage units in Colchester several time, always very polite and professional and we would use them again. But one thing I will say is read the paperwork as we lost our deposit the first time due to not giving enough notice….
