I found the staff very helpful in all aspects of my enquiry. I never felt rushed or pressured, all my questions were answered and explained in full putting my mind at rest. I was shown around several units so that I could see what size I needed and once I decided which one, I was helped to fill in all the forms. Very helpful staff. I can highly recommend

This was my first time using a self storage company and I'm so very pleased and grateful that Big Yellow Self Storage was recommended to me. Sammy and the rest of the Colchester team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Extremely friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional, nothing was too much trouble for the team. The storage facility is in a very convenient location with ample parking and loading facilities, and great hours for accessibility. Communication and customer service was absolutely first rate. A range of very competitively priced storage options are available. It was an absolute pleasure to be a customer of this service in Colchester and I cannot recommend this facility and the team highly enough.
