Very easy procedure to follow, both for check-in and check-out. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The removals company (Fat Cat Removals), they recommend/refer to was also exceptional.
We had a brilliant experience when we had our check-in at Big Yellow in Colchester. Lisa, who helped us with the whole process, was lovely, friendly, helpful and was very knowledgeable. She made the whole process a breeze and we walked away thoroughly impressed with the service we had received! We left feeling like everything was sorted and had no worries at all.
