Kathryn was clear and helpful and explained everything well
Everything was great! but it’s a 9 for me, cause if I need to add things to my locker, I need to update the details of it on an online form, then bring it and place it in the locker space. I understand the mechanics of it, the insurances to protect the items there, but it’s an other layer of work on the customer side . Not everyone of your customers are detailed and well thought out individuals, some of us might be abit more random and when schedule fits us; want to put more clothes, or items in the locker. maybe not all of us, feel this need for items to be insured up to date.

I don’t remember the last time I had such a welcoming experience in a business environment. The moment I made my first call, Kathryn the assistant manager was very polite and professional. Upon arriving at the reception desk, Kathryn greeted me warmly and processed my paperwork; all with the warm smile (real smile). She then gave me a tour of the place and showed me my unit. I signed my contract thereafter.
Easy registration & booking of storage space, staff member welcoming, knowledgeable & efficient, clear demonstration of entry & exit to storage area, also answered all questions clearly.

Mark the representative , was very helpful and exceeded my experience by delivering me all the information I needed, he was very caring , calm and collective and the world needs more marks in this life . Mark helped me with my locker and also understanding the storage unit better . I didn’t feel rushed at all and overly left happy speaking to him. Thank you mark , he works in the Croydon branch . The customer service was excellent. Both Paula and Catherine accommodated my needs well, as I am hard of hearing and suffer from bad anxiety. Paula took the time to explain the step by step process of what I should expect from the service, which put my anxiety at ease. Catherine kept the telephone call simple and on point and explained everything in great detail once face to face.
