The solution is much better than I expected and makes me feel confident about storing my items inside. I was especially reassured about this due to hellp from the staff at the store especially Kathryn. She has been really helpful and helped to pick the right sized room and responded very promptly via email (which I strongly prefer)

Good follow up to my online quote request, the person I spoke to (Mark) was really helpful. I liked the online check in and I was appreciative of being able to do an inventory online before. The move in was easy and Mark was very helpful once again when I had to purchase and additional unit as I had more stuff than first intended.
