The staff were incredible. Really lovely and informative customer service. The storage spaces seem very secure ad well. Highly recommend.

Everything we needed to know was explained clearly The room was clean and the whole process was smooth and we left feeling we made the right decision.

Explained the proceedure slowly and clearly.I was exhausted however information was repeated. The lady was very polite and professional. She had a lovely humour.she was fabulous

The solution is much better than I expected and makes me feel confident about storing my items inside. I was especially reassured about this due to hellp from the staff at the store especially Kathryn. She has been really helpful and helped to pick the right sized room and responded very promptly via email (which I strongly prefer)
