Laquann was amazing, so friendly and helpful. He was alone on a busy bank holiday but seemed so calm, despite phones ringing and lots of customers coming in. He was patient and explained everything very clearly to us, and seemed lovely and upbeat and came by later on to check we were getting on okay :) thank you Laquann! Also spoke to Paula briefly on the phone and she was great too, very helpful and took her time to find us the best deal possible, much appreciated x

Friendly service, accommodating staff. Personally, couldn't afford on a long-term basis, but absolutely did the trick as a short-term solution. Highly recommend.

We have had a unit at big yellow Croydon for 5 years now and have been really happy with the service :) We just upgraded to a larger unit and had a brilliant experience with Paula. She was SO friendly and helpful. The exchange was really easy and quick and we had a lovely chat too. Would definitely recommend this place :)

I needed to store a room full of miscellaneous things in order to hold a party. The staff were so, so helpful and tried to find me the best deal for 1 unit, for 1 week. I will definitely choose the BYSS, Croydon as my first choice if ever I need to store my belonging. Its clean, warm. Fantastic staff and great security. Thank you.

I popped in on a random day to ask about storage space and prices. Laquann and Mark were SO friendly and took me through all the available options. Both these gentlemen answered all my queries and we came to a great decision based on my price range and finalised my storage space. So happy with my decision. I moved things in on a Saturday morning in January, and it was here I met the other half of the team in Paula and Kathryn who made the moving process so enjoyable. We had a great conversation on storage (and life!) and left with all the information I needed to use the facility. Many thanks to the Big Yellow Croydon team, it was such a pleasure to speak to each of you! I'd recommend this place to all.
