My initial enquiry was dealt with professionally and the person was helpful, the understanding of the process I found easy to understand the only thing that wasn’t clear was the cost of the insurance.

The Customer Service adviser call Ata was very excellent and motivated us to take up the storage. She explained the overall process very well and we understood the process which help us to make our decision to move in.
