Joy was incredibly personable, helpful and efficient. She made me feel confident about signing up with Big Yellow Storage. She is an asset to the company and team. I was very pleased with her assistance. I initially signed up to get a smaller unit 15sqft I believe, but needed a larger size, she immediately showed me the 25 sqft in a good location, which I went for.

Steph who took the booking was brilliant and offered full details of full service provided by BY. Ata who handled the move on the day was nothing short of excellent: utterly professional whilst also being personable. She is an absolute credit to the company. If I were a company I’d be looking to take her on!! All round a great experience - thank you so much. Pleas pass on my personal thanks to them both.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Shane greeted us a Croydon and was so amazing in informing us about the storage services. Today I spoke to assistant manager Ata, who was extremely informative in advising me about extended hours and how to access the unit when the reception is closed.
