Firstly, I was recommended Big Yellow by a friend because of her exceptional experience with you. When I first called, I spoke to Chrissie on the on the phone and I cannot describe how helpful and friendly she was. I felt like I was being a pain asking her to check availability of quite a few places for different prices, but she really couldn't have been any happier to help. Then when I reached Big Yellow Croydon, Joy at the desk was so, so lovely and really took our time with us. I have a lot of trust in Big Yellow (important given I am leaving my belongings with you) purely down to how she was with me. Thank you for your help during a super stressful time for me, I will continue to recommend you.

The staff members were very helpful getting the price to match my budget, the instructions help with the move was very clear. Most of all they provide and excellent customer services, I would be more than happy to make recommendations.
