I spoke to a member of staff called Stephanie who was extremely helpful throughout. Usually I don’t complete these kind of surveys however she was so customer friendly that I wanted to ensure it was recognised.

Myself and partner found the process to be straight forward. Due to unprecedented times, I felt staff Tom and Steph , both were very welcoming and polite I received a telephone call shortly after signing up to B.Y from Steph who provided information about the unit she was very helpful. When on site at B.Y I was given a clear in depth explanation (T&C) from Tom which we both were happy with. Social distancing measures were adhered too ( another + ) A tour was presented by Tom to access unit via code ( login / log out etc) Overall professional and friendly. Good experience. Great team.

I found the process of getting a quote online very positive, especially as I was emailed the next day with a discounted offer. The only downside that it was not possible to click through the email with the discounted offer to make my booking (the link just takes you to the page to get a quote) so I had to call up to do so. This was worth it in the end though, as I got straight through and was able to chat to a lady on the phone about all my requirements and she advised about insurance too. The online check-in was simple. On the day, from as soon as we arrived to check in, Joy was totally friendly and helpful and she took us through the process with ease. She even managed to get us a locker much closer to the lifts than the one that was automatically assigned.
