The Customer Service adviser call Ata was very excellent and motivated us to take up the storage. She explained the overall process very well and we understood the process which help us to make our decision to move in.

Was called by the Tom the day after I made the reservation who explained everything & was brilliant to deal with. He gets a 10/10. Ata checked me in when I arrived & talked/walked me through the whole process & again was excellent to deal with & super engaged. She get a 11/10. Both deserve a pay rise. Brilliant service & a pleasure to deal with both. Would highly recommend Big Yellow to anyone needing storage solutions.
