Joy was excellent expired everything so well, nothing was left unexplained.

From the initial recommendation to the start of the agreement was quite easy the only thing I found a bit confusing about signing up on line was when it came to choosing the security number it was not clear that you had to pick 6 digits so it took me sometime to figure it out and the second think that I have to mention is the size of the units available accordingly to the notice on display it appears 150 sq ft to be the largest so I didn't bother ask the question until I tried to get another unit when I thought my unit might be too small then I was told we do have 175sqft unit. The young lady joy was excellent at this point and tried very hard to guide me through.

I'm so sorry this has taken me so long to write. Stephanie from your Croydon branch absolutely saved my life one afternoon following a disastrous situation at safestore. I had to leave the country within hours and was having a bit of a panic, but she made everything easy. I am so grateful.

The Lady on the phone was very helpful with my original quote and Tom at the store was also very helpful and showed me everything I needed to see and explained everything fully

Initial enquiry handled extremely well, very smooth, professional and informative. Meeting will take place tomorrow to finalise and start process of actually using the storage space.

The process up to going into store was frustrating and misleading. Once in store I was so happy with stefanies service she mase everything much better and was so helpful and calming and made us actually feel like we were humans not just a 'sale'
