Everything done completely on online. On moving in day Stephanie was extremely helpful and friendly. Was unsure how all my stuff would get into the unit once I saw it. Size guide was spot on. Stephanie also reassured me that it would all fit and gave guidance on best was way to fit it all in. Great service.

I have been a long term regular customer of "The Big Yellow Self Storage" since the year 2014, and during all my frequent visits to the store, I always meet excellent and dedicated team of colleagues with the ability and willingness to provide a high level of customer service. The reception is always warm and they let you feel at home. One profound observation is that there is always a spirit of team-working amongst the colleagues. During my recent visit to the store, my expectation was satisfactorily fulfilled. The team on duty explained all the options available and the ones with special offers attached. I took advantage of the" half price for eight weeks" offers. One of the colleagues took me through the booking process and the allocation of storage space. It was great remarkable experience. As a great company, your team of employees are invaluable assets to the company.

This approach was continued by the team member on a subsequent call, he also administered my physical arrival with the same quality and patiently handling uncertainties- which I was glad of when my team did arrive in the evening.
