It was easy to fill out the information online and the steps were simple from start to finish :)

From the initial call to James in the call centre through to the day of installation with Ata in Croydon the service was exceptionally friendly making the whole process completely stress-free and actually fun. James was great at talking me through my requirements and setting a storage size that was the perfect fit for the items I described. Ata was fantastic at describing how the whole storage logistics worked.

It was made easier by the explanation given by the sales person- Joy Williams. She talked it all through and demonstrated professionalism.

It was simple and the follow up phone call was very much appreciated

My experience with regard to my initial enquiry as well as the overall processing before moving into my storage space have been excellent. The member of store team dealing with the booking acted professionally in all aspects of the procedures involved. He explained well to my understanding everything in relation to the storage and answered all questions I asked to his utmost ability. I left the store with great relief and a positive sense of belonging to this great company. He is a valuable human asset to your company.

Quite well. I did not expect to use Big Yellow, but I was convinced to come and have a look and Ryan at the Croydon branch was excellent in explaining the on-line check in, insurance requirements, etc...

From the start Ata have been very supportive in assisting me over the phone and kind enough to find me good deals that I didn’t have to compare prices, she suggested some protective covers for my bed. And went through everything with me,I’m comfortable talking to her and she’s also a good listener and have a happy personality.Ryan went with me show me the room and Helped me how to reset my password on my padlock... this two staff are very supportive both and have a very calm personality and showed professionalism all throughout, Ata is good with her conversation skills.

Dealing with Ryan and the team has been an absolute joy. Very rarely I'll comment on these automated surveys, as I know they really make little difference to any corporate, but on the off chance this gets read, I will say that the Thornton Heath team, especially Ryan, really went above and beyond; genuinely considerate and truly helpful. Safe to say I couldn't have sorted out my storage issue without their input and advice.
