The only thing that I would say is that if you could do a better deal for me after 8 weeks then that would be much better for me.

They was real helpful in finding me the right price. They Price matched, From other stores, which was great like the set up is good, very clean and staff was really friendly

Friendly customer service team who kept in contact with me and before moving in and were extremely helpful with moving my stuff into the locker.

The storage was very easy to use. The staff were excellent, helpful and very friendly. I was especially impressed with Simonette from Croydon branch. She was do quick and efficient and explained everything clearly. I will definitely be recommending the company to others.

I give this score because first of all it is a clean and tidy place with good deals on the price of storing at Big yellow. This is my second time here and i would do it here all over again if i have to.The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly with excellent customer service skills. A Big thank you to Cindy keep up the good work guys .
