Great customer service from Tom and Nick searching for nearby quotes to keep the cost down - quick and easy check-in, all well so far. Not 10 points as I'm a little worried about clothes moths - one flew onto my jacket when we arrived, but it seemed there was no awareness there of clothes moths and the dangers they pose on fabrics. There should be some sort of preventative measure, even if it's just traps.

Customer service: Definitely 5Stars. Very helpful and straightforward. I had only one issue: Padlock cost. I know that this is your way for upsell (like boxes etc), but £13 is way too much compare to quality of this padlock. It's not looking cheap...but definitely it's not looking very safely.

Tom and Cindy were extremely helpful - Tom took the time to show me different room sizes and discuss what I needed to store, then Cindy explained the process, prices and paperwork clearly in a very friendly and professional manner. Cindy and Tom swapped customers when Cindy suffered abuse from another customer - they supported each other and both remained calm and professional. I was very impressed.

Clean units helpful staff

Staff were very helpful, and understanding. Ive not used Big Yellow before and staff were patient and very professional and friendly. Cindy and Tom were fantastic they were so helpful on the day and explained everything.

I was really impressed by the customer service I received. Each time I got a "reminder call", it was very professional and your people were very helpful and accommodating. On the day I signed the papers, Tom (at the Thornton Road site) had a very pleasant manner and was willing to take me around to see the size of several rooms so I could choose the best fit. (I had initially assumed that rooms of a particular square footage all had identical dimensions.) He also very patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understood how the entry code worked for entry/exit, and for deactivating and reactivating my room alarm. He explained what the entry times were, what was unacceptable for storage, what the security procedures were, etc.

Because of the excellent customer service that I was given by the team members, Cindy, Tom, Serena & Nick. In what is a very challenging period in my life. Thank you all.
