Can't instantly have access 24hrs

When arriving to Big Yellow self storage the advisor was friendly, and gave a warm welcoming he went through everything effectively and reassured me in all aspects he showed me around the security coding and helped me to understand the running of Big yellow storage, he was plesent and made me feel comfortable through out my stay. I was able to help my self with out no problems arriving the next Day Thanks Miss Williams.

Apart from the secure set-up this is largely due to the helpful, friendly, professional attitude of the staff

As soon as I made the enquiry on the online form I was contacted by the team. They ask me what I was looking for and made sure to match me with the best storage unit and price offer. Always professional and corteous either by email, phone or in person cannot fault any of the team members that I have dealt so far. The proccess was very organised, straightfoward and efficient. Perfect!

Firstly the price was right. Secondly the T&Cs were excellent. Added to this was the ease of rental and, probably one of the most important points, was the exceptional customer service I received from both "telesales" and "in store"

Prices are quite high compared to other companies - personally I feel this is worth the cost because of the non-commitment nature of the booking and the flexible opening hours, however most people probably won't.
