As soon as I made the enquiry on the online form I was contacted by the team. They ask me what I was looking for and made sure to match me with the best storage unit and price offer. Always professional and corteous either by email, phone or in person cannot fault any of the team members that I have dealt so far. The proccess was very organised, straightfoward and efficient. Perfect!

Prices are quite high compared to other companies - personally I feel this is worth the cost because of the non-commitment nature of the booking and the flexible opening hours, however most people probably won't.

Firstly the price was right. Secondly the T&Cs were excellent. Added to this was the ease of rental and, probably one of the most important points, was the exceptional customer service I received from both "telesales" and "in store"

The staff at the croydon branch were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Cindy and tim were both welcoming and pleasant to talk to no matter how silly the question. They showed me the sizes of the rooms several times and helped me choose the right one making my experience of moving house less stressful. Thankyou Cindy and tim for all you help.
