Firstly the price was right. Secondly the T&Cs were excellent. Added to this was the ease of rental and, probably one of the most important points, was the exceptional customer service I received from both "telesales" and "in store"
Prices are quite high compared to other companies - personally I feel this is worth the cost because of the non-commitment nature of the booking and the flexible opening hours, however most people probably won't.

The staff at the croydon branch were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Cindy and tim were both welcoming and pleasant to talk to no matter how silly the question.
