Great service

Very efficient from start to finish

1) you have space every belonging 2) Your staff were helpful and explain things well 3) Your online check in was relatively eaSierra to use

We were able to investigate the various options available and Cindy was very kind to show us the space options available. Cindy was very prompt in her responses to our questions and explained everything very clearly to us. We had a better offer from Access Storage, but we decided to go with the Big yellow as the customer service was excellent from Cindy.

Cindy our server at the Thornton branch was fantastic she was friendly and helpful and made the whole experience more bareable.

The people at the storage place were very helpful and informative , they made a stressful ordeal of moving house a lottie bearable, I give my sincere appraises to Cindy and Paul, excellent customer service and a credit to the company.
