Cindy was great - from phoning us timely after the online enquiries, to a smooth and easy checkin process. She was friendly, helpful and thorough.

Very professional members of staff who were friendly and not pushy like other storage companies. We dealt with Cindy, we later found out she had only been there three months but you could not tell.

Very efficient from start to finish

1) you have space every belonging 2) Your staff were helpful and explain things well 3) Your online check in was relatively eaSierra to use

We were able to investigate the various options available and Cindy was very kind to show us the space options available. Cindy was very prompt in her responses to our questions and explained everything very clearly to us. We had a better offer from Access Storage, but we decided to go with the Big yellow as the customer service was excellent from Cindy.
