Would recommend Big Yellow. Service received was exemplary. Try to find you the best deal and best space for your needs.

Allow time to fill out all the paperwork required and lookout for restricted opening hours at w/ends and bank holidays otherwise very good.

Staff adequate. Location convenient and appears to be reasonably secure. The size of the room I booked is simply not what I was told it would be. Ceiling is two feet lower than the 9' promised. Absolutely no explanation offered by member of staff.

Excellent service and easy to get the space that I want. Only problem I found with the store is that the lifts could do with updating. Hard to call and they do get stuck occasionally with people inside (I got stuck for 15 mins).

I like the friendly staff and the location of the store. What I appreciated was when I needed my things they were very helpful even tho I could not give them the full notice required.

Overall I was incredibly impressed with how smoothly everything ran. For me however the stand out feature was the attitude and efficency of the staff. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and completely willing to go the extra mile. This despite the fact that I was a last minute customer renting a small space for a short period of time. I would definitely recommend big yellow and the croydon branch in particular.

The Staff attitude is very proffenional and welcoming as well as friendlt. The Security of the place and overall presentation gives me a piece of mind knowing that my valuable and sentimental items are secure and in good hands however far away i am from them.

I arrived in a frazzled state was offered a seat and a tea. The staff were polite, helpful and explained the contract I had selected clearly, what I was not getting was also made clear. The alarm was demonstrated so I felt confident to use it. Whilst the removal men where unloading my worldly possessions I waited in the office and was made to feel comfortable and the clean space was welcoming. I was most pleasantly surprised at the quality and level of service I received

Overall it was a great experience and will definitely use the service again when required. The only problem I had was when using the post code in my sat nav it didn't take me to the correct place!
