Markus who dealt with all our enquiries was superb. He was honest, informative and ensured we got exactly what we needed with regards to insurance and sq footage.
All by online - easy
I have never used this type of service before and was very anxious due to my personal circumstances at the time. Andrew was very pleasant and easy to talk to and nothing was any trouble for him. Can't praise him enough.
I initially spoke with Armadillo customer service (instead of the specific store) and had a great interaction with the staff member over the phone. The staff member was extremely helpful with answering my questions, helping me decide on the best size space, and explaining the financial costs. I was then contacted by the Dundee store manager, Richie, who was likewise helpful and polite. He double checked that everything was correct and answered my questions with ease.
Andrew was fantastic, he made the difference compared to your rivals. Perhaps the paperwork was slightly excessive though I would imagine it needs to be.
I was given great service, Andrew was clear, helpful and professional. Very swift communications.
When I first called I was given excellent information and all questions answered from Andrew, then on the first day I arrived Ritchie was more than helpful with everything
Marcus handled my initial enquiry and followed up which was helpful. When I went in to register it was Andrew who took me through all the paperwork. He made it easy, a very engaging guy that was a pleasure to work with.
Yes, Richie at the Dundee branch really toom the time to explain self storage space and armadillos polices as I was enquiring. He made the experience very smooth and easy!
Marcus and Ritchie have been fantastic throughout the whole process. At first we didn’t know when we would need storage from, but they were so flexible and called me back 2 weeks later to check in again to see if they could help. Ritchie showed us around and various different sized rooms to help us understand what we would need. The online check in was so easy to use and when we got to the office to check in both Marcus and Ritchie were very friendly and helpful.
