I was seen by Ally and Jade. Both of them were amazing, very helpful and friendly. After our initial enquiry we got calls about any updates. All information/instructions was clearly passed to us, in advance. This made it easy to us to make any decisions.
The young lady how delt with us early Saturday morning in Southall was amazing. She was really friendly, professional and brilliant to converse with. The whole process was effortless and not over complicated at all.

He showed us the options patiently until we found the one which suits us. We didn't have any stress at all. He also explained and showed us how to use the code to sign in and sign off the building. He was very helpful.
