Very professional nd a good team player, who attended to me.

Can't fault the staff at all as they have been very helpful. The other unit holders seem very difficult though as they keep leaving things in the passageway which makes it very difficult to move items into the unit. Event when you move them by the time you go down in the lift and back up again there all in the way again

My initial phone call inquiry was dealt well, but there was an error on the storage booked for me. I was helped on the day by a really efficient member of staff (Rocky) who dealt with the issues calmly and efficiently.

Very easy overall and great support from Rocky at the Ealing branch. The only improvement overall would be a quicker ‘paperwork’ process and less signatures.

This is my first time getting storage and I can honestly say that the service that I was given was amazing and it was handled professionally! I dealt with a member of staff named Rocky and he dealt with all my enquires and was on hand to give out any information that I required.
