Very easy arrangements, early indication of price, good communication about the process of registering, proving identity and paying.

Maintaining contact from the point of booking. I appreciated the first call to ask if I had any questions that I received swiftly once I completed the booking.

Having the room sizes marked out on the floor and wall in the corner of the reception area was a great idea. It really helped me to gauge what size of space I need. The box sizes were also clearly marked and displayed in such a way that it was easy for me to gauge how many boxes I needed. Monta was very good at helping me choose the boxes I might need, so well done her.
