Both Sophie and Monta made the experience stress-free by being very kind and helpful. The initial enquiry was professional. I was a bit confused when I came into the store, but both Sophie and Monta helped me clarify the process.
Online booking easy. In store experience was mixed. I arrived in a good mood and left in a bad mood. It’s easy to tell if someone’s genuinely interested in customer service or not. The insurance is costly and the locks you sell in store are overpriced so I generally feel like it’s designed to fleece you so I will continue to look for cheaper options.
It was very easy to book and staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly Gill, who put me in contact with a transportation company even though it was already late for collections and helped me throughout the process.
Everything was sorted very quickly and any changes I wanted to make were done swiftly.
It was a lot easier than I expected. Ami was very friendly,professional and helpful. Everything was explained to me perfectly even though I had had a stressful morning it was very calmly done which was great for me.
Initial call over the phone was very professionally handled by Monta. When I arrived to check-in, the process was managed efficiently by Ami who was helpful and patient and offered clear guidance.
Pleasant staff took me through a (at first) fairly complex process.

Enquiry was excellent, straight forward. Check in to the store was painful. Disorganised, only one computer station working, overall took a long time to get everything settled. Felt like the online check in was pointless to do. Facilities are excellent, easy to use.
