Easy & straifhforward. Lovely friendly girl in reception

A little bit of confusion when dealing with the remote call handling team but very simple when organising with local team

The initial inquiry was handled very well.The information regarding booking and moving into the storage space made the whole process stress free

Everything was very easy to understand and Sophie did a great job showing me around. They were very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

I was first greeted by a lady called Gill and from the word go, she made me feel at ease! she explained everything in great detail and kept stopping to double check that I understood what was going on. I am a Store Manager in retail, so I know how important good customer service is, this was definitely delivered in my visit. Thanks Gill

When I called and a man answered, he didn't provide the correct information about what I had to pay. It was not obvious I had to pay 8 weeks in advance. Later when I arrived, it was handled great by the 2 female staff in Edinburgh store.
