Good follow up and helpful staff. Need to be clearer about insurance and what is required to avoid losing money. Also attempting to add unnecessary items such as a dust sheet to the bill without first asking.

I had no problems with my initial enquiry. Everything seemed quite straightforward. I was slightly confused when on arrival, I was asked to pay for the entire storage time fee. I was under the impression that I was to pay only the first 4 weeks plus a deposit. Perhaps this should be made clearer at the booking stage.
