The enquiry and booking process was made simple and easy, all the way through to checking in and moving into the storage space.

The Edinburgh assistant store manager Gillian Munro handled my request very well and was very quick to help out with completing my contract online.

Any move in the current climate is going to be a challenge. Everything was made very easy from the confirmation nof the quote , to booking in onlie and then the visit to the store. There it was clear significant precautions had been taken which made the visit very reassuring. The staff ( Monta and Gill ) were a delight , efficient and friendly . They had a good sense of humour , particularly when I tried several times to get through a locked door !

From the moment I went on line to enquire about Big Yellow, it has been made so simple, efficient, and wonderfully friendly by the two girls , that I dealt with. First of all Gill, who called made, apart from her refreshingly funny and friendly personality, made everything sound so easy. She answered every one of my questions, with efficiency and most important knowledge. I then took a visit to the store to familiarise myself with the space I was taken, and was met by another lovely member of the team Monta, who once again answered all my questions, with ease and knowledge. So in summing up because these two members of your staff were so efficient, friendly and knowledgeable they made the whole thing a pleasure. As a business you are very lucky to have found people who are an asset to your business. I will just add one more thing, I also went on line to your competitor, Kangaroo. They eventually sent me a quote, £1 more than yourselves. But...I never heard from them again. Obviously don’t need the business!
