Very easy website to understand initial enquiry and very stress free to do at the last minute which we had to do due to a moving house emergency!

Great service from Gill when I checked in and from John on the phone to arrange the reservation prior to that.

The website was easy to use and I got a follow up call within a day of my online enquiry helping me decide what size of space etc I would need and all costs etc.

Gill contacted me immediately after I made the initial inquiry. She was very professional and excellent at customer service. Very happy. This is my second dealing with Big Yellow Storage and very impressed again.

Any move in the current climate is going to be a challenge. Everything was made very easy from the confirmation nof the quote , to booking in onlie and then the visit to the store. There it was clear significant precautions had been taken which made the visit very reassuring. The staff ( Monta and Gill ) were a delight , efficient and friendly . They had a good sense of humour , particularly when I tried several times to get through a locked door !
