One issue I found when trying to do an online registration is that there was a real lack of being able to us international (non European) information on the form.

The whole process was quick and painless, with the handling of Sophie at Sighthill branch.

I would like to say that Jill and Sophie was really professional in moving me in to the storage unit very helpful and very pleasant also I would like to say that Amy was a great help in closing my account and sorting everything for me great experience.

Ami was so helpful and helped me complete the entry forms. I thought there was far too much paperwork for hiring some storage space.

Ami and Monta helped me at every step of the process, this made the reservation extremely relaxing and free of stress. I had lots of special requests (paying while not being in Edinburgh, for instance) and they helped me handling them!
