Fantastic service from start to finish, if only every business / organisation had the same level of customer service. Thorough, professional and exceedingly helpful. There was nothing about this experience I could fault. Both customer service by telephone to the call centre and I store was exceptional. Sean assisted me on my move in day but had gone over everything on a prior visit - he is an absolute credit to the big yellow!

It was Gill from the Sighthill (Edinburgh) branch I spoke with originally way back in April. Gill was fabulous, she helped me with no heavy sales push. Since then due to unforeseen circumstances the move in date has has had to be pushed back on numerous occasions, every member of staff I spoke to has been fabulous... Nothing was a problem. I finally took over my unit at the weekend and again it was Gill who booked me in... Gill was yet again constantly kind and understanding, she took the time to show me a bigger unit then changed everything so this could accommodate my needs. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Very friendly and informative, offered a good deal on initial quote. Good branding and service meant I opted just to pick your storage option as opposed to looking into further quotes elsewhere.
