It was a lot easier than I expected. Ami was very friendly,professional and helpful. Everything was explained to me perfectly even though I had had a stressful morning it was very calmly done which was great for me.

Initial call over the phone was very professionally handled by Monta. When I arrived to check-in, the process was managed efficiently by Ami who was helpful and patient and offered clear guidance.
Ami was extremely helpful and professional when moving into the space. She went through all the process very clearly so it was easy to understand. My initial contact was with Jill who was also very helpful and professional. I decided to go with Big Yellow due to Jill being approachable and the service with both Jill and Ami also felt personal as moving is a stressful time and they helped the storage part not to feel that way.

Enquiry was excellent, straight forward. Check in to the store was painful. Disorganised, only one computer station working, overall took a long time to get everything settled. Felt like the online check in was pointless to do. Facilities are excellent, easy to use.
