Very well overall. Easily understood the requirements on my end, costs, moving in process. Sean called in the morning to confirm details of me arriving etc. which was great as I then knew everything was in place, rather than turning up with a van full of stuff and not be able to check it in for whatever reason. It would be nice to include insurance estimates etc. when filling in the inventory online however, as these costs are pretty significant.

Gill and Monta were very professional and friendly, The process was dealt with very quickly from my initial enquiry , It was very clear from my first visit to the Sighthill branch that Gill and the team are very knowledgable and clearly know their jobs , I explained to her briefly my requirements and within 24h she had arranged everything , I have used a few different storage companies before and have never had such a good service , the ease of access and explanation of the process and the systems you have in place was easy to understand and follow , please congratulate your team on the fantastic job they do , they are a credit to your organisation.

Very friendly initial welcome (despite the fact people were in training). All options explained and various units demonstrated to allow best choice of unit. Once I had a quote and decided to progress the online forms were easy to follow and complete. We were shown the reserved unit and given the option to upgrade to a larger size for the same price, which was more convenient and allowed flexibility.

Excellent service from my first telephone enquiry. The whole process was explained clearly by knowledgeable and approachable staff making it a stress free experience for me.
