Customer reviews for Edinburgh Self Storage

Sean on reception was brilliant. Explained everything that was required clearly and also answered any questions I had

Sean at the sighthill branch in Edinburgh was amazing with us, he done everything he could to help us when we had a slight hiccup from our end with a debit card. He was a massive help and extremely accommodating.

We were desperately needing a space storage for our household items. We were met and welcomed by a member of staff very friendly (Sean) , very helpful in easing our task.

Staff were very helpful and provided all the information I needed.

Amazing service last minute storage required sorted quickly and professionally ! Can’t fault a thing

Sean was excellent

Both Monta and Sean were very helpful in the whole experience.

Sean was very friendly on arrival, took me through all the options available and gave me a tour of the options too. He explained everything involved in taking a storage unit and was confident in what he was doing. Although I didn't take storage immediately, I did return a few months later to take a storage unit. On arrival again, even though it was a few months later Sean greeted me on arrival by my name.

Very quick excellent service.

Very well i enquired months ago and Sean followed up closer to time
