Efficient, friendly service from all concerned. Understood my rrequirements.

I was frustrated by the further checking in process required at site having already completed the online check in which I was repeatedly emailed about to complete prior to arrival which apparently would make check in quicker

Really friendly and competitive prices. Plenty of room to unload and great having trollies there. Peter was brilliant. Good to be able to have a laugh with the staff when stressed out with moving. Gill was great too

Peter was incredibly helpful all the time. He advised us about everythinh according to our needs, and clarified any questions we had. It was easy to go through the process of renting our storage box.

Straight forward process and a very well maintained facility

The service has been excellent all the way through - from seeking advice and pricing from John - through to payment and buying boxes. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Peter in particular was a real hero - going out of his way to get us moved in and recommending great movers to help us transport everything. You have an excellent team.
