The Whole experience was very Professional being well looked after by Jill and Peter. The process was always explained with a bit banter which I appreciated.

We were dealt with very efficiently and everything was explained well. The half price offer was fantastic.

Staff were so helpful and friendly and gave me a really great deal on storage space. They even took delivery of my sofas and kept them until we were able to put them away.

The service provided was excellent. I was made to feel like I knew everything before agreeing to pay for the unit. Peter was excellent throughout as it was him I spoke to on the phone and dealt with in the Edinburgh branch as well.

John was great at the initial booking and Gill was brilliant when i checked in, she showed me the room and actually changed it to a more auitable room at her suggestion.
