Yesterday i made delivery of my furniture to Big Yellow Self Storage and could not have been happier. I did not expect the process to be quite so easy but Gill Munro welcomed me and walked me through the whole process. I cannot thank Gill enough for her time and patience, moving house is a stressful time and she managed to make take the pressure off when it came time to deliver the furniture. She is a real assets to your company, not only is she extremely knowledgeable but her attitude and personality really shine through.
