Process was very easy and Gill and John were helpful and very friendly.

Very well, very explicit and no issues when I realised I needed to triple my storage requirements (mistook feet for my usual measurement of metres!)

Good follow-up to my initial enquiry. Flexible approach to pricing for a long term arrangement. Very misleading advertising regarding discount on boxes etc. Even on the day of check-in I received an email mentioning the discount, but in reality this was only available on first purchase. Hidden in small print!
