Very easy to reserve a space and a swift response by phone. I had to call to reserve a space on the next day and was greeted with a friendly manner and was provided with what I needed. On arrival, I was kindly greeted and serviced quickly and accurately. The space was bigger than what I needed so it was downsized and I was able to save a few extra pounds.
Both members of staff I dealt with provided clear and helpful information.

I was frustrated by the further checking in process required at site having already completed the online check in which I was repeatedly emailed about to complete prior to arrival which apparently would make check in quicker

Peter in particular was a real hero - going out of his way to get us moved in and recommending great movers to help us transport everything. You have an excellent team.
