Price was reasonable, the staff were very helpful, the room and all of the facility was clean and well laid out.

John was very helpful. He made sure that we understood the conditions of our contract. Email info was good. Downside was the online check in kept buffering and I couldn't complete it. I did not like that the price would have been double if I had booked online straight away.

Knowledgeable and efficient

Efficient and nice. Gill was very helpful throughout. It is the second time I have been with Yellow storage and all my details where on file which meant it was really easy for me to check in, even better that I got a discount for being a returning customer.

The representative told us everything and was friendly.

The staff is very helpful and the process of moving in is efficient. However the relatively high price of storage is why I didn't give a full 10/10 rating.

Peter and Gill were super friendly and helpful. They could not have done more to help. They helped me upsize to a larger locker and sorted out the issue with my £50 voucher code. Very organised, friendly and helpful.

Good service Easy to use

Customer service exceeds expectations. Gillian Hunter even provided me with a cup of tea and chocolate buscuit. Nice touch given it was my birthday!
